Refund policy

Returns
Our returns policy is 14 days. If 14 days have passed since receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To arrange your return you must contact O&N Jewellery by email at: info@oandnjewellery.co.uk within 14 days of receipt of the item, confirming your order number, name and address.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. Any returns received in an unsaleable condition will not be refunded.

All returns should be returned by an appropriate tracked and insured postal service e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK) UPS (USA). O&N Jewellery do not reimburse return postage costs and are not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your item is unused, in the same condition that you received it, we will then notify you of the approval of your refund and your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 10 working days. We will notify you if there is a problem with your refund and/or it will take longer than 10 working days to credit your account.

If your item is used and not in the same condition that you received it, we will notify you that your refund has been rejected.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card account, then contact your bank or credit card company. Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and apply the refund to your account. Public holidays and weekends will affect processing times. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@oandnjewellery.co.uk.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or custom made items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for unwanted items. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have received a defective or damaged item, send us an email at info@oandnjewellery.co.uk with details and photographs of the damaged or defective item and send your item to:

Once the defective or damaged item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. If the item can be repaired and we are satisfied that the defect or damage is not as a result of misuse, accidental damage or normal wear and tear, we will either repair the item or send you a replacement.

If you require a different size and/or colour, see our returns policy above to return the unwanted item. A new order must then be placed for the replacement item. Once the unwanted item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the unwanted item is returned inline with our returns policy, we will issue a refund and then dispatch the replacement item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your repaired or replacement item to reach you, may vary.
